Which event should I come to if I can only come to one?
Definitely the reception! Unless you have work Monday morning, in which case the Hindu ceremony would be my choice.
Indian weddings are long and complicated, so we don't expect everyone to come to every event! We'll be thrilled to see you on whichever day you can make it :)

What is the dress code?
The sangeet, Hindu ceremony, and reception will be semi-formal/formal. If you have traditional ethnic wear that you would typically wear to cultural events, please feel free to wear that as we will all be in Indian clothes! We only ask that you don’t wear black to the wedding ceremony (we feel it’s bad luck). The farewell breakfast is super casual, come in your pajamas if you want :)

What is the food situation?Food is our love language, so you will be extremely well-fed starting from the sangeet until the farewell breakfast!
Can you help me find someone to share a hotel room with?Absolutely! Just let us know what your sleeping pet peeves are and we'll find some people that match and are also looking to share. All of our friends and family are wonderful!
